The only way to get "big results" is to think big. Thanks for the article. Your goals need to be SMART, but big SMART. I set some big goals at the begining of the year, but allow myself the room to hit them.

Hey Eric, thanks for stopping by. I understand that $1,000 dollars can serve as a nice building block at the beginning of your online quest. Your blog has inspired me to give some new things a try. Best of luck w/ your goals Eric -- I will continue to check up on your progress ;)

Even though the name of my blog is the $1000 Affiliate Experiment, I still have pretty big goals. The reason I made my goal $1000 in the beginning, was to hopefully be able to meet my goal within a respectable amount of time, where someone could follow it from start to finish.

Now that I have *kind of* met my $1000 goal, im hope it will inspire others to give it a try. In reality though, my goals are MUCH higher. I dont have a set dollar amount, but my real goals are to purchase a home in virginia Beach, buy my Acura NSX, and Travel the world.

Hey Alex -- I agree with your comment, you must have a good plan to reach your goal. Thanks for sharing your opinion ;)

Beautyscientist -- All I do is insert a thumbnail of the picture, occasionally I edit the size of the picture and my WordPress theme automatically inserts a little border. What you could do is crop a white background around your images so when you insert them there is a small white border. Hope this helps and I'm glad to have you stop by ;)

How do you get that border around the picture in this post in Wordpress? On my site the text runs right up to the edge of the picture which is a bit naff looking.
