Hey Bryan -- I have heard that after 30 days it does become habit forming. I'm not sure if I buy into it, but hey, I'm giving it a shot. I wish you luck w/ your 30 day trial. Glad you liked my reasoning for doing morning work ;)

cuzzy -- I know what you mean. I don't always get a chance to post early morn., but when I do, I have the rest of my day to focus on other things ;)

I am all about the early morning post. It is quiet in the house and once I get it all set for the day I can move on to other things.

Andrew, great comments.

They say that if you do something for 30 days it becomes habit forming. Because of that, I've tasked myself to write in my blog every day for 30 straight days.

Also, I like your reasoning behind an early morning blog time-get it blogged and on the Internet so everyone has all day to read it. For those not keen on getting up early, there is an alternative-time stamping. Write your post in the evening the day before and time stamp it to publish at 8:00 AM the next day.
