Good points.. not only is this for blogging… some people just sit around on the computer all day or around the house all day eating cheetos and watching movies. It’s always important to keep a proper balance by staying active , eating right, and going outside

Mate, trying to keep a good balance between blogging and life can be a struggle. I have to deal with work and then there is my family. I have an 8 month old daughter who keeps me busy and I love spending time with her and her mother. My wife started blogging as well and she wrote and article on internet addiction disorder. You have got to try and keep a good balance or else things could go wrong.
