Glad you liked this post Marketing Blog! I’ve made a couple 50 lists on various blogs and have found that they spread across the net like wildfire…especially w/ social networking programs (i.e. StumbleUpon)… I’m glad you stopped by and I hope you continue to visit!

Hey Tom — Thanks for stopping by and sharing your perspective. I do think that numbered lists can be overused — but when they are used properly, they can definitely boost a blog post’s success rate!

Good post. I agree with all your points apart from 3. So many site’s are using numbered lists these days that you won’t really stand out that much… They are still worth doing though as they make your posts more concise and readable.
