Insanity (60 Day Total Body Conditioning Program)

Insanity is “the hardest workout ever put on DVD” – period.  It’s not for amateurs and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are already in relatively good shape and are looking for a serious challenge.  If you want a guaranteed way to lose weight and improve your physical fitness while challenging yourself mentally to dig deeper than you ever thought was possible, then Insanity is perfect.

Insanity: The Asylum (Volume 1: Sports Performance)

Shaun T (the guy that created Insanity) comes back with a follow-up for graduates of the hardest workout ever put on DVD.  Although Insanity was the toughest workout I had ever done, The Asylum takes it to a whole nother level and is the ideal workout if you have already graduated Insanity.  If you are in really good shape, but haven’t done the O.G. Insanity, I would first put yourself to the test with Insanity and see how you do with that before moving on to this.  You will want to have the experience from the original 60 day series to know what Shaun T expects from you.  When you are ready, you can move on to The Asylum for a greater challenge.  This workout uses an agility ladder, resistance bands, dumbbells (you will need to buy them), a pull up bar, and a speed rope (jump rope).  This is for people that are already in good shape who want to reach a state of peak performance and athleticism.  I loved this workout, but you should be scared, because these workouts are straight out of the insane asylum.  If you can make it through this 30 day workout, you will feel unstoppable.

Thesis is the WordPress theme that I use here at AndrewPavelski.com… The theme is arguably the most powerful WP theme ever released.  It’s easy to use, configure, and is great for SEO (Search Engine Optimization).  Even if you don’t know much about themes, this one is really easy to customize including the colors, fonts, layout, menu, etc.  You can easily add pictures and video to your website and customize header images.  Anyone that wants to get off to the right start when building a website should seriously consider this theme.  I know there are tons of free themes available these days, but you won’t have any worries with this one.  It’s fast, easy, simple, and highly effective to use; I love it!

CentSports.com is a free online sports betting website… The website is sponsored by advertisers and you can create an account for free.  You start out with a dime (10 cents) and the goal is to increase your bankroll.  Eventually, if you reach over $20 you can apply to “cash out” and receive an actual check for your winnings (because the website gives away money that they earn from their sponsors).  Anyways, it is fairly competitive though and in my review I write about the fact that you need to have a good win percentage as well as some other factors in order to cash out.  Only the people with the highest earnings and win percentages are allowed to cash out.  The nice thing is that they don’t send any spam emails and you can just bet on your favorite sports teams for fun… It’s just something fun for me to use. Don’t plan on making any kind of serious money from this website and keep in mind that it’s really tough to cash out.  It’s basically just something to do for fun if you like sports and don’t want to lose any real money.
